Exhibitor Profiles

An online showroom on the event website showcases your business, helping visitors discover you as they plan their visit. This attracts relevant audiences for quality connections and unlocks more business opportunities at the event.

To increase visibility and engagement, exhibitors should fully complete their profiles. This is key to attracting visitors and matching their interests, leading to more views from relevant audiences.

There are 3 main types of profiles:

  • Priority Profile (recommended) doubles listing size for higher visibility and allows extra business details, attracting more viewers.
  • Priority Plus Profiles  (optimal) include all the benefits of Priority Profile, plus a promotional banner on the homepage and guaranteed top placement in your category.
  • Exhibitor Profile (default) lists your business in the event Exhibitor Directory.

Limited Priority and Priority Plus Profiles are available. Contact your Account Manager for more information.

Please reach out to your Account Manager to discuss the options available.

Lead Manager App (formerly Emperia)

The ultimate lead management tool! Offers fast on-the-go qualification and smarter follow-ups with rich lead insights beyond just business card details.

The Lead Manager App (formerly Emperia) lets exhibitors scan badges, capture contacts, and qualify leads on-the-go. Download it via the app store and test before the show for the best networking experience.

The App is accessible to your team and can be downloaded from the App Store. See Where is my login information? for instructions on how to activate it.

As many as you need. The Company ID and Access Code provided can be used by multiple people across multiple devices.

The Lead Manager App welcome email, sent to your company's contact, includes your unique Company ID, Access Code, and a direct link to the lead report. Check your inbox and junk/spam for an email from your show team. If you can't find your Company ID and Access Code, contact [email protected]

Access to the Lead Manager App and registration details is sent only to your company's authorised contact. If you're capturing leads for your company, ask your contact for the Company ID and Access Code, or get in touch with [email protected] for help.

A consolidated list of leads can be downloaded via a link in the Lead Manager App Welcome email, accessible only to your company's authorised contact.
NOTE: Other app users can only view their own scanned leads.

Yes. You need to be online to download, log in to Lead Manager App, and sync leads. However, scanning and editing can happen offline and will sync automatically once you're back online.

To view and edit lead details, click the “Leads” icon in the menu. You can also add notes or adjust their scoring. (Note: editing the lead's contact details is not allowed).

The app only captures information the visitors provided when they registered.

The connection works both ways. After the show, visitors get an email listing the exhibitors they visited, including your company's name, contact details, visit date and time, and the contact person's name.

First, download the app from iTunes or Google Play Store

Please note older mobile OS models may not be supported.

Next, log in to the Lead Manager App with your full name and the Company Access Code from the welcome email.

  • If you’re the main exhibitor contact for the show, share the company ID and access code with your team for lead capture.
Only your companies main contact will get the welcome email with the ID and access code and will have access to download the consolidated lead report.
At the end of each day, check your emails for the consolidated lead report (only available to the company's main contact).
  • If capturing leads for your company, get the ID and access code from your main contact.

You're now set to scan! Use the scan icon and point your camera at the visitor badge QR code to capture lead details. Information is saved automatically, and you can add notes and a rating.

To view and edit lead details, click the “Leads” icon. Here, you can view, add notes, and adjust lead scoring (contact details cannot be edited).

Once a show starts, you cannot edit existing questions.

Once a show starts, you can add new ones. Please note that by doing this, previous answers may be automatically deleted. To prevent losing any leads, we recommend you export them from the exhibitor portal before making any changes.

Your device displays your scanned leads and all Colleqt leads (if using). To view all company leads, the primary admin can download the report from the exhibitor portal.

Your leads will remain accessible for 20 days post-show on the app. We advise prompt downloading to kickstart your follow-up strategy effectively.

Colleqt QR Code

Colleqt QR Code allows exhibitors to capture leads at busy shows. Each exhibitor will receive a unique Colleqt QR Code that they can pre-upload with their business information. Visitors will be able to receive this information when they scan a Colleqt QR Code. Scanning lets visitors access your info and gives you their contact details for follow-ups.

On the first day of the exhibition, you'll get a printed graphic with your unique Colleqt QR Code. Make sure to display it prominently for maximum attendee visibility. This is crucial during peak times at your booth to capture all potential leads.

Colleqt QR Codes don't notify you of new leads, but you can check them through:

  • Lead Manager App: See the "Leads" tab. If leads are missing, check your internet and refresh the page.
  •  Leads Report: Find them in the leads report via RX Exhibitor Hub.
  • Exhibitor Dashboard: Download and analyse your leads by source (e.g. Lead Manager App or Colleqt QR Code).

All leads have a descriptive field called “Source” which indicates the source of the lead.

Please report this to your show team contact and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you have set up “Contact email” in your exhibitor profile, that will be shown.  If you have not set up a “Contact email”, the email address of the “Primary Administrator” will be shown.

Colleqt QR Code supports the exchange of information as initiated by the visitor. It cannot be used for exhibitors to share information with other exhibitors nor for visitors to share details with other visitors.

You can see the Colleqt QR Code leads in the Lead Manager App; you will receive an end-of-day email with the list of contacts; an end-of-show email with the full list of contacts gathered; and you are also able to export the database along with the Lead Manager App leads directly from the exhibitor portal.

Not at this time.  We are currently looking into providing this option in the future to our exhibitors.

Your leads will remain accessible for download within 20 days post-show in the Lead Manager App as well as for export from the Exhibitor Dashboard. We advise prompt downloading to kickstart your follow-up strategy effectively.

Lead Booster

You can create an offer aligned with your event goals, and we'll email it to all registered visitors to reach more leads. Please note: visitors will recognise your Lead Booster offers simply as Offers. You will receive contact details of those who accept your offer and can follow up when they visit your stand.

Create offers aligned with your event goals (e.g., giveaways for volume, or personal invitations for quality leads). For tailored advice, please contact your Account Manager.

Visitors can manage exhibitor deals in Offers by choosing categories to accept or decline. They need to enter their email for more details and redemption instructions (recommended at your stand). Visitors can review Offers during the show to discover rewards for different categories.

There's no limit on participating exhibitors. The platform randomises Offers order to visitors, ensuring equal exposure for all exhibitors.

Offers depend on exhibitor offerings, audience, and goals. For many leads, consider samples, discounts or giveaways. For fewer, more qualified leads, try personal invitations, bulk order incentives, demos, catalogues or whitepapers.

All registered visitors receive emails with the event offers before and during the show. There is also signage and digital reminders throughout the show.

Once an attendee collects an offer and enters their email, they get an email summary of collected offers with redemption instructions.

All leads, including those received through Lead Booster, Lead Manager App and Colleqt QR Code (if using) will be displayed on the Exhibitor Dashboard where the main contact will be able to see impressions, engagement metrics, and a list of qualified leads for marketing purposes.

Contact leads soon after the event while it's fresh in their memory. We highly recommend you include the event name in the email subject and mention any redeemed offers in the message.

Your leads will remain accessible within 20 days post-show in the Lead Manager App as well as for export from the Exhibitor Dashboard. We advise prompt downloading to kickstart your follow-up strategy effectively.
